Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Timeline
All orders go through a careful production process before dispatch.
- Standard Processing Time: 4-5 business days.
- Customized Orders: May take 5-8 business days depending on design complexity.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Manufacturing & Quality Check
Each frame is:
- Professionally printed using high-quality materials and inks.
- Carefully assembled and finished.
- Passed through a quality inspection check before dispatch.
This ensures that your product meets our premium standards.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery within 5β8 business days after dispatch.
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp
- You can track your order in real time until delivery.
5. Delivery Conditions
- Ensure accurate shipping details (address, phone number, pin code).
- If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Our courier partners may attempt delivery 2β3 times before marking it undelivered.
6. Delays & External Factors
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Logistics/courier disruptions
- Public holidays or strikes
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
Frame Full of Memories is not liable for such delays but will support you in tracking and resolving issues.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy
1. Eligible Cases for Replacement
We offer a free replacement if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- You receive the wrong product
- There is a manufacturing defect
2. Replacement Request Guidelines
To ensure a smooth process:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
- Order ID
After verification, we will:
- Approve replacement
- Initiate re-production of your product
- Ship the replacement at no additional cost
3. Non-Eligible Cases (Important)
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for:
- If product is custom made.
- Low-resolution or blurred images uploaded by the customer.
- Slight color differences between screen and printed product.
- Incorrect image/design selection by the customer.
- Minor alignment variations (within acceptable production limits).
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
4. Color & Print Variation Disclaimer
Due to differences in:
- Screen brightness and color calibration
- Printing processes and materials
The final product may have slight variations in color or brightness, which are considered normal and not defects.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Orders for "Customized" products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
- Once the design/printing process has started, cancellation is not allowed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5β7 business days.
7. Damaged Package Advisory (Highly Recommended)
To protect your claim eligibility:
- Record a clear unboxing video when opening your package
- Ensure the video shows:
- Sealed package
- Opening process
- Product condition
β οΈ Without an unboxing video, damage claims may not be approved.
8. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
Then:
- Re-shipping charges will be applicable
- No refunds will be provided for such cases
9. Refund Policy (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed if:
- Replacement is not possible
- Order is canceled within allowed time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5β7 business days.
